We Remember...

...in Kiabakari that tomorrow is the first anniversary of that fatal flight of Tupolev 154M '101' to Smolensk which ended in tragic death of 96 passengers on board on April 10, 2010. We will remember our late President Lech Kaczyński, his wife and all other prominent figures of our nation - in tomorrow's Mass which will be presided by the bishop of Musoma, Rt. Rev. Michael Msonganzila at 10am in our church.

This will be Mass for the official blessing and opening of St. Gemma Galgani convent in our mission, but we, Poles, cannot forget that day. There will be priests and sisters - missionaries from Poland, my neighbors, present at the Mass. We remember and are grateful to the bishop of Musoma for his kind thought of celebrating diocesan memorial Mass for the repose of souls of those who died on that day. We had the Mass in the cathedral and I wrote on this topic in my blog here.

This is a decoration we prepared for tomorrow.

May they rest in peace. And we who breathe and enjoy our lives, may we live in peace and love...
